MELIORATSIYA VA SUV XO'JALIGI TEXNIKALARI EKSPLUATATSIYASI FANINI O'QITISHDA TALABALARDA EKSPLUATATSION KOMPETENTLIKNI RIVOJLANTIRISH METODIKASI

The article substantiates a methodological approach to developing students’ operational competence in teaching the course on operation of land reclamation and water management machinery. Operational competence is interpreted as an integrated professional ability combining technical knowledge, diagnostic reasoning, maintenance operations, decision-making, safety, resource efficiency, and reflective evaluation. Based on engineering content, competency-based education, problem-based learning, and contemporary smart-maintenance education, the author proposes the DQANR methodological cycle: Diagnosis – Decision – Action – Control – Reflection. The paper describes its components, pedagogical conditions, learning tasks, and criterion-based assessment mechanism. The proposed framework is theoretical-methodological; its effectiveness requires subsequent empirical validation.
