We determined the gene expression changes by URB597, a fatty acid amide hydrolase inhibitor, treatment. URB597 inhibits MICA shedding via an indirect mechanism. To determine the gene expression changes dependent on this inhibition, we used DMSO treated cells and URB597 treated cells for the cDNA microarrya analyses.
