2016 Survey of Expectations and Satisfaction of Users of the Citizen Service of the Basque Government (Zuzenean)

The objective of the Model of Measurement of the Voice of Citizenship is to maintain a continuous conversational state with the citizenry to develop improvement actions that will be measured later according to the perception of one’s own citizenship and what he expects from the service.公民呼声测评模型（Model of Measurement of the Voice of Citizenship）旨在与全体公民保持持续的对话互动，以制定优化改进举措；后续将依据公民自身的公民身份感知及其对服务的期望，对该类举措的实施成效进行量化评估。
