Supplementary Table S5: Gene List of Upregulated and Downregulated Gene Groups in Rice

Lists of rice genes extracted according to the HN-score (expression evaluation index). Additional information, such as gene synonyms, was obtained from the Rice Annotation Project Database (RAP-DB) (version IRGSP-1.0 2025-03-19) (accessed on 25 July 2025).Table S5-1: <b>HN5_genes_up_rice_with_info</b>: Information on 367 genes in the almost top 1% of HN-score (42 ≦ HN-score ≦ 255).Table S5-2: <b>HN5_genes_down_rice_with_info: </b>Information on 370 genes in the almost bottom 1% of HN-score (-204 ≦ HN-score ≦ -40).
