Watercourses or portions of watercourses to be bordered by weed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree.These watercourses are defined in the interministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 adopted for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and relating to environmental cover and rotation rules.

由省长政令界定的、需在良好农业与环境条件下以草本条带（weed strips）进行边界围设的水道或水道区段，其界定依据为2005年9月27日发布的部际通函《Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046》。该通函系为落实2005年1月12日政令而制定，该政令旨在实施《农村法典》第R.615-10条与第R.615-12条，且涉及环境覆盖与轮作规则。
