本研究计划实现氧化铁纳米酶(IONEs)50L/批的规模化生产,且保证不同批次制备的IONEs粒径均一、重复性好、活性稳定(批次间各指标变化<10%)。具体地,利用化学共沉淀法规模化地生产3批二巯基丁二酸(DMSA)修饰的氧化铁纳米颗粒(Fe3O4 NPs),并进行透射电镜、水动力尺寸、表面Zeta电位、类过氧化物酶活性的表征,计算批量制备方法的产率,研究各批次之间所得产物各物理化学性质的批间一致性。

This study aims to achieve scale-up production of iron oxide nanozymes (IONEs) at 50 L per batch, while ensuring that IONEs prepared in different batches feature uniform particle size, good repeatability and stable activity, with the variation of each index between batches being less than 10%. Specifically, three batches of dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA)-modified iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4 NPs) were produced via the chemical co-precipitation method at scale. The as-prepared products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), hydrodynamic size measurement, surface Zeta potential analysis and peroxidase-like activity assay. The yield of the batch preparation method was calculated, and the batch-to-batch consistency of the physicochemical properties of the products obtained from each batch was investigated.
