Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Detailed requirements of the local urban planning plan of TARASCON-SUR-ARIEGE

The surface requirements of the local planning plan (LDP) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. The requirements of a PLU are defined in Article R123-11 of the Urban Planning Code and are presented in the form of information which appears on the graphic documents of the PLU. A requirement which superimposes on an area of the planning document generally imposes an additional constraint on the settlement of the area.
In this dataset are the surface requirements of TYPE 01 (classified wooded spaces) and 05 (reserved spaces) if they appear on the graphic documents of the PLU.

本数据集依据法国国家地理信息委员会（Commission nationale de l'information géographique, CNIG）的国家规范要求，完成了地方规划方案（Local Planning Plan, LDP）地表要求的数字化处理。地方城市规划方案（Plan Local d'Urbanisme, PLU）的相关要求由《城市规划法典》第R123-11条予以界定，并以信息形式呈现在PLU的图文文档中。若某项要求叠加覆盖规划文档中的某一区域，通常会对该区域的土地开发利用施加额外约束条件。
本数据集收录PLU图文文档中出现的01类（划定林地空间）与05类（预留空间）的地表要求。
