The raw datasets for targeted MRM based quantification of glutathione from the extracellular fractions of bacteria. There are two zip files- Endo_metabolome.zip and Exometabolome.zip. These two files represent raw .d files from Agilent QQQ machine for endometabolites and exometabolites fractions, respectively. The raw data files for standard curve construction to determine the GSH content is also included.
