5G Channel Dataset

The SimRIS simulator generates realistic wireless channel matrices for reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) environments operating at 28 GHz (FR2 band). It models both line-of-sight (LoS) and non-line-of-sight (NLoS) propagation, accounting for RIS placement, antenna geometry, and spatial correlation. The simulator outputs base station\u2013RIS (H), RIS\u2013user (G), and direct (D) channel matrices, enabling accurate performance evaluation of RIS-assisted MIMO systems under mmWave conditions.
