城市电网在遭受极端事件冲击后需要调动大量分布式资源以实现快速应急恢复。本数据集围绕 8 类典型极端事件,系统记录了项目研发的应急恢复模块所生成的分布式资源调控策略及相应的负荷恢复结果。在电网层面,数据集包含故障节点、线路、发电机等关键元件的恢复时序以及整体负荷的恢复过程;在资源层面,记录了分布式发电资源的出力变化、抢修队等移动资源的调度方案及其执行轨迹。数据以时间序列形式呈现各类资源的调控过程与负荷恢复状态,能够完整描述城市电网从受损到恢复的动态演化过程,并直观体现不同应急策略的恢复效果。所有信息均以结构化 JSON 文件组织,可全面反映应急恢复的流程、要素及效果指标。数据经过严格校验,未出现缺失或异常值,质量可靠。本数据集可为城市电网应急恢复策略研究、恢复过程跟踪分析提供标准化的数据基础,具有显著的科研价值与工程应用潜力。
Urban power grids need to mobilize a large number of distributed resources to achieve rapid emergency restoration after being impacted by extreme events. This dataset focuses on 8 typical types of extreme events, and systematically records the distributed resource regulation strategies and corresponding load restoration results generated by the emergency restoration module developed in the project. At the power grid level, the dataset includes the restoration timelines of key components such as faulty nodes, transmission lines and generators, as well as the overall load restoration process; at the resource level, it records the output changes of distributed generation resources, the scheduling plans and execution trajectories of mobile resources such as repair teams. All information is presented in time-series format to reflect the regulation process of various resources and the load restoration status, which can fully describe the dynamic evolution process of urban power grids from damage to recovery, and intuitively reflect the restoration effects of different emergency strategies. All information is organized in structured JSON files, which can comprehensively reflect the processes, elements and performance indicators of emergency restoration. The dataset has been strictly validated with no missing or abnormal values, ensuring reliable data quality. This dataset can provide a standardized data basis for the research on urban power grid emergency restoration strategies and the tracking and analysis of restoration processes, and has significant research value and engineering application potential.
