依托GIS、卫星遥感、无人机、物联网、5G、AI等技术手段，基于万村码上通5G+长效管护平台，构建天空地一体化高标准农田建管用平台，助力高标准农田“田、土、水、路、林、电、技、管”全方面，建前、建中、建后立体化监管。实现高标农田高质量建设、高效率管理、高水平利用、高效益发展。
Leveraging technologies including GIS, satellite remote sensing, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), Internet of Things (IoT), 5G, and AI, and based on the "Wancun Mashangtong" 5G+ Long-term Management Platform, this work constructs a sky-ground-space integrated platform for the construction, management and utilization of high-standard farmland. This platform enables three-dimensional oversight covering all aspects including fields, soil, water, roads, forests, electricity, technology and management, as well as the full pre-construction, in-construction and post-construction lifecycle of high-standard farmland, thereby realizing high-quality construction, efficient management, high-level utilization and high-benefit development of high-standard farmland.
