Client Semi-Annual Report: Beginning 2019

Any Contractual Client retaining, employing or designating a Lobbyist or Lobbyists (whether or not any such Lobbyist was required to file a Statement of Registration or Bi-monthly Report) who incurs or reasonably anticipates incurring more than $5,000 in combined Reportable Compensation and Expenses for Lobbying Activities on a State and/or Municipal level, is required to submit a Client Semi-Annual (“CSA”) Report. The CSA Report requires disclosure of the actual Lobbying Activities that occurred during the specific reporting period.
