We applied a deep-sequencing based method - digital gene expression profiling (DGEP), to investigate gene expression in interscapular brown adipose tissue (iBAT), inguinal white adipose tissue (iWAT) and epididymal white adipose tissue (eWAT) in acute cold exposure Examination of gene expression level in 3 different adipose tissues in 3 time points, day 0, day 2 and day 4 in cold exposure.
我们采用基于深度测序的数字基因表达谱(digital gene expression profiling, DGEP)技术,针对急性冷暴露模型下的肩胛间棕色脂肪组织(interscapular brown adipose tissue, iBAT)、腹股沟白色脂肪组织(inguinal white adipose tissue, iWAT)及附睾白色脂肪组织(epididymal white adipose tissue, eWAT)开展基因表达分析。本研究检测了冷暴露第0天、第2天及第4天三个时间点中,三种不同脂肪组织的基因表达水平。
