this map service shows the 2019 revision (first revision under Article 14 of Directive 2007/60/EC) of the hazard and risk maps of the Flood Risk Management Plan. The Permanent Institutional Conference took note of this revision at its meeting on 20 December 2019. The update of the maps concerns: the total hazard maps (arrigable areas) that constitute a cognitive framework of the PAIs; the overall risk maps (R1, R2, R3, R4), in accordance with Legislative Decree No 49/2010, and the hazard and risk maps (floating areas, tie rods, speed, exposed elements) in the APSFRs, which will be reported to the EU Commission. The Floods Directive map service 2007/60/EC — revision 2019, similar to the previous versions (2013 and 2015) contains the following information layers: Hazards — Delimitation of areas potentially affected by floods for three flood scenarios: frequent H (TR 20-50 years), infrequent M (TR 100-200 years) and rare L (TR up to 500 years). The areas are identified for different territorial areas: main hydrographic grid (RP), hill and mountain secondary hydrographic grid (RSCM), lowland secondary hydrographic grid (RSP), coastal lake areas (ACL). Risk — Classification of exposed elements falling within floodable areas according to 4 degrees of increasing risk from moderate R1 to very high R4. APSFR — Areas with potential significant risk of district and regional importance. The changes made to the maps of floodable areas in the Lombardy Region are described in the document annexed to this metadata, which also shows the data sources used to update the elements presented in the risk maps. The same document also shows the list of Areas with Potential Significant Risk (APSFR) identified on the territory of the Lombardy Region with the comparison with the Areas of Significant Risk (ARS) identified in the 2015 PGRA.

(APSFR,Areas with Potential Significant Risk of district and regional importance)内的灾害与风险地图(漂浮区域、系杆、流速、暴露元素),上述内容将上报至欧盟委员会。 灾害图层:针对三类洪水情景划定潜在受淹区域:高频情景H(重现期20-50年)、中频情景M(重现期100-200年)及低频情景L(重现期最高500年)。
