Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common contaminant of industrial products but little is known about the species in industrial settings. To investigate this, whole genome sequencing was performed of P. aeruginosa isolates adapted to a preservative combination and P. aeruginosa strains isolated from industrial sources.
