report and literature review<br>AbstractHuman adenoviruses (HAdVs) cause a wide spectrum of illnesses, including invasive infections, in immunocompromised hosts. We report a case of disseminated adenovirus infection following unrelated cord-blood transplantation in a 46-year-old male with a lymphoma. A review of the literature on disseminated adenovirus infections in adult patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) has also been included. Despite antiviral therapy, the mortality rate in HSCT recipients with a disseminated adenovirus infection is as high as 72%, and estimating the risk of HAdV infection in a timely manner is crucial to improving outcomes.

摘要：人类腺病毒（Human adenoviruses，HAdVs）可在免疫功能低下宿主中引发包括侵袭性感染在内的多种病症。本文报告1例46岁男性淋巴瘤患者接受无关供者脐带血移植后并发播散性腺病毒感染的病例，并纳入了针对成人造血干细胞移植（hematopoietic stem cell transplantation，HSCT）患者播散性腺病毒感染的相关文献复习。尽管接受抗病毒治疗，造血干细胞移植受者合并播散性腺病毒感染的死亡率仍高达72%；及时评估人类腺病毒感染风险，对改善患者临床结局至关重要。
