Green contour

Within the Green contour are areas that are considered important for the functioning of the NNN, but which are not covered by the NNN itself. In the Utrecht Agreement, the participating parties agreed that within these areas on 3000 hectares of land, new nature can be realised on a voluntary basis. After realisation, we incorporate this new nature into the NNN.绿色轮廓范围内的区域，对NNN的运行具有关键作用，但未被NNN自身覆盖。在《乌得勒支协定》中，缔约方达成一致：在上述总面积达3000公顷的区域内，可在自愿原则下开展新增自然生态的建设工作。待该类新增自然生态区域建成后，将其纳入NNN体系。
