江苏省2010年30米森林分布数据，森林覆盖了世界陆地面积的31%左右，为陆生植物和大多数动物提供了90%的栖息地，在生物地球化学循环中发挥着不可获取的作用。中国是全球五大森林资源丰富国家之一。建立中国森林数据能够及时准确的获取森林空间范围，有助于各级部门更好的保护和规划森林资源
30-meter spatial resolution forest distribution dataset of Jiangsu Province in 2010. Forests cover approximately 31% of the world's terrestrial land area, provide 90% of habitats for terrestrial plants and most animal species, and play an indispensable role in biogeochemical cycles. China is one of the world's five countries with abundant forest resources. Developing forest datasets for China enables timely and accurate acquisition of forest spatial extents, which helps relevant departments at all levels better protect and plan forest resources.
