Snapshot: R code for Vitek 20XX

These data are archived scripts for formatting geometric morhometric data, analyzing data, anr producing figures for a project studying variation in the carapace of the Eastern Box Turtle (Terrapene carolina) in the R statistical languate (R Core Development Team). <br>They were generated for the M.S. Thesis "The Eastern Box Turtle (Terrapene carolina) in space and time" and the manuscript "Delineating modern variation from extinct morphology within and between species in the fossil record using shell variation in the Eastern Box Turtle (<i>Terrapene carolina</i>)", both by N.S. Vitek. Code was last updated as part of revisions for the latter manuscript. <br>An active version of the code is available on GitHub at https://github.com/nsvitek/box-turtle-variation . <br><br>
