Development plan No. 18 — Special area Bahnhofsvorplatz — City Großräschen

On a part of the former IFA estate, a fallow area in front of the station building, the Building Plan No. 18 created building rights for large-scale retail functions in 2009. In order to ensure a more extensive supply of quality-oriented goods in the city centre, the resettlement of a full food range in the central supply area became necessary. Furthermore, the centre of the city and the development axis Bahnhof — IBA-Terrassen were strengthened.在原IFA园区（IFA estate）的部分区域——即车站大楼前方的闲置用地中，2009年颁布的18号建筑规划为该地块赋予了大型零售业态的建筑使用权限。为保障市中心能够提供更为丰富的高品质商品供给，将全品类食品零售业态搬迁安置至核心供应区域成为必要之举。此外，城市中心以及火车站—IBA露台（IBA-Terrassen）这一发展轴线的发展活力均得到了强化。
