Data Supporting: Prediction of acute mountain sickness from overnight pulse oximetry during ascent to Everest Base Camp: a field-based machine learning study.

This repository contains processed data and machine learning outputs supporting the study "Predicting acute mountain sickness during ascent to Everest Base Camp using overnight pulse oximetry: a field-based machine learning." The dataset includes artefact indices derived from overnight pulse oximetry recordings, feature filtering and selection outputs, and machine learning model performance results. Data were collected during ascent in the Khumbu region of Nepal and processed for predictive modelling of acute mountain sickness (AMS). All participant data are anonymised. Raw physiological recordings are not included due to ethical and consent constraints.
