The main goal of this work is the study of postharvest behavior after the application of 1-MCP and Ethrel treatments on contrasting cultivars 'Santa Rosa' (Prunus salicina) and 'Goldrich' (Prunus armeniaca) at the molecular level, through the discovery of DEGs, related pathways, and protein-protein interaction networks in silico after a de novo transcriptome analysis and qPCR validation.
