Underlying data for: Qingre Chushi Decoction ameliorates atopic dermatitis by inhibiting JAK-STAT6 signaling and attenuating M2 macrophage polarization

This dataset contains the underlying raw data supporting the findings of the manuscript titled "Qing-Re-Chu-Shi Decoction ameliorates atopic dermatitis via macrophage reprogramming and JAK-STAT6 inhibition". The dataset includes the following files: 1. Underlying_Data_Values.xlsx: This file contains the raw numerical values behind all means, standard deviations, and other statistical measures reported in the manuscript, as well as the data points used to build all graphs and figures. 2. Raw_Data_Western_Blot.pdf: This file contains all full, uncropped, and unedited Western blot images. Molecular weight markers and target protein bands are clearly annotated on the same membrane, in accordance with the journal's requirements. 3. Raw_Data_Other_Images.pdf (or .zip): This file provides all other original raw images used in the study (such as histological staining, immunofluorescence, or flow cytometry plots) to ensure the transparency and reproducibility of the research.
