1997–2010年胶州湾叶绿素a浓度数据集

本数据集基于胶州湾站在12个定位监测站获取的长期叶绿素a浓度数据整理形成。整理过程采用中国生态系统研究网络（CERN）统一规范的数据处理方法和质量控制体系对原始数据进行质量控制、整理和加工。同时对时间序列数据进行3sigma检验结合临近站点时间序列对比进行异常值剔除，统一插补后形成数据表格，同时提供长时间序列图共享下载，满足不同用户的需求。本数据可以用于海湾生态健康评估、初级生产力长期变化、海湾生态系统演变、水色遥感等科学研究，也为政府有效制定环境质量限值和防治措施提供数据支撑。

This dataset is compiled from long-term chlorophyll-a concentration data collected by 12 fixed monitoring stations under the Jiaozhou Bay Station. The compilation process adopted the unified standardized data processing protocols and quality control system of the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) to conduct quality control, organization and processing on the original raw data. Meanwhile, outlier removal was performed on the time series data via 3-sigma test combined with time series comparison of adjacent monitoring stations, followed by uniform imputation to generate the finalized data table. Additionally, long-term time series plots are provided for shared download to meet the requirements of various users. This dataset can be applied to scientific researches including coastal bay ecological health assessment, long-term changes in primary productivity, evolution of bay ecosystems, and ocean color remote sensing, and also provides data support for the government to effectively formulate environmental quality limits and relevant prevention and control measures.
