Single cell RNA-seq from cortical cells from e16.5 HET and COP1 KO mice

This study investigates the changes in gene expression with COP1 loss. Single cell resolution allowed identification of changes in cell populations and in particular an increase in the number of oligodendrocytes in the COP1 KO mice. Cortical cells from four mice (two HET and two COP1 KO) at day e16.5 were dissociated into single cells and sequenced.本研究旨在探究COP1缺失时的基因表达变化。借助单细胞分辨率（single cell resolution）技术，本研究得以鉴定细胞群体的相关变化，尤其发现COP1敲除（COP1 KO）小鼠体内的少突胶质细胞（oligodendrocytes）数量有所增加。我们从4只小鼠（2只杂合子（HET）及2只COP1敲除（COP1 KO）小鼠）的胚胎第16.5天（e16.5）皮层组织中解离出单细胞并进行测序。
