[DRIAAF IdF] Location of the first processing agri-food industries in Île-de-France

Location of the main processing units of the agri-food industries in the Île-de-France region. The following industries have been studied: slaughterhouses for slaughter, starch factory, ethanol plant, malterie, mill, meal, sugar, teelling, crushing, other first grain processing plants (type pre-cooked wheat, breakfast cereals), fodder dehydration plants, livestock manufacturers’ plants, cheese factory, dairy, aromatic herbal processing, vegetable canning, legumes.本数据集记录了法兰西岛大区（Île-de-France）内农业食品加工业主要加工单元的分布情况。本次研究覆盖的产业类型包括：屠宰场、淀粉厂、乙醇生产厂、麦芽厂、碾磨厂、谷物粉加工厂、制糖厂、teelling加工厂、破碎加工厂、其他谷物初加工工厂（如预煮小麦、早餐谷物类生产设施）、饲料脱水厂、畜禽制品生产厂、奶酪厂、乳品厂、芳香草本植物加工厂、蔬菜罐头厂以及豆类加工厂。
