This database records serum lipid metabolomics data of individual triploid Pacific oysters under simulated wave oscillation stress. It is used to reveal the metabolic mechanism underlying the sharp decline in condition factor of oysters in suspended cage culture, evaluate the effects of oscillatory stress on their lipid metabolism and physiological functions, and provide data support for optimizing aquaculture models.
