Ecoli_Cojugation

These are donor E coli cells (ANB35) and recipient Ecoli cells (ANB24). These are the same . cells described in the Science paper (Direct visualization of horizontal gene transfer). The . cells were mixed on the grid and then plunge frozen and imaged with cryo-ET without CLEM. . Targets were imaged with cryo-ET randomly.

本数据集包含供体大肠杆菌（E. coli）ANB35菌株与受体大肠杆菌（E. coli）ANB24菌株。所用菌株与发表于《Science》期刊的论文《Direct visualization of horizontal gene transfer》中记载的菌株完全一致。将菌株混合于电镜载网之上，随后进行快速冷冻制样，采用未使用荧光电镜关联成像（Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy, CLEM）的冷冻电子断层扫描（cryo-electron tomography, cryo-ET）完成成像。成像靶点均通过随机抽样的方式利用冷冻电子断层扫描进行采集。
