Mancos shale X-ray CT and manual annotation dataset

This dataset contains X-ray computed tomography (CT) images of Mancos Shale specimens obtained under varying saturation (as-received, saturated, and oven-dried) and imaging conditions (100 kV, 150 kV, and with an aluminum ring). The dataset includes both the raw CT image stacks and the corresponding manual annotations of crack regions, which were generated to support the development and benchmarking of deep learning–based segmentation frameworks.
