1. Data Collection: The data was collected by the production inspection center and corporate research institute through an integrated data collection system.
2. Data Processing: Clean, classify the collected inspection data, and preliminarily calculate relevant proportions.
3. Data Calculation and Standard Formulation: Each product inspection item has corresponding existing standards, and products meeting the existing standards are classified as qualified products. To further classify product quality, higher premium quality standards need to be established. By aggregating all inspection data into a normal distribution dataset, and then determining the minimum parameters corresponding to premium products by setting confidence intervals, the premium quality standards are derived based on the existing standards.
4. Product Evaluation: Each inspection item that meets the premium quality standard gets 1 point, each item that meets the existing standard gets 0.5 points, and each item that fails to meet the existing standard gets -10 points. The product evaluation score formula is as follows:
Product evaluation score = reflective film thickness score + 10m reflective film thickness change rate score + adhesive layer thickness score + 10m adhesive layer thickness change rate score + thermal shrinkage rate score + gloss change rate score + reflectance score + peeling force score.
The product evaluation grades are defined as: premium products with a score of 6 or above, qualified products with a score of 4 to 6 (excluding 6), and defective products with a score less than 0.
