长江三角洲地区房价变化数据集（2008-2018）

长江三角洲地区包括浙江省、江苏省、安徽省和上海市共41个市、327个县（区、县级市）。作者利用房天下（www.fang.com）、365淘房网 （www.house365.com）等全国性房产交易信息平台数据整理、汇编和分析，得到长江三角洲41个城市327个区县从2008年至2018年的房价信息，完成长江三角洲地区房价变化数据集（2008-2018）。该数据集包括：（1）2008-2018历年长三角地区城市房价数据；（2）2008-2018历年长江三角洲地区县域房价数据。该数据集存储为.xlsx和.shp格式，由17个数据文件组成，数据量为13.8 MB（压缩为1个文件4.37 MB）。基于该数据集的分析研究成果发表在《地理研究》2018 年37卷第1期。

The Yangtze River Delta region covers 41 prefecture-level cities and 327 counties (districts, county-level cities) under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province and Shanghai Municipality. By collecting, compiling and analyzing data from national real estate transaction information platforms such as Fang.com (www.fang.com) and 365 House (www.house365.com), the authors obtained housing price information of the 41 cities and 327 counties (districts) in the Yangtze River Delta from 2008 to 2018, and thus constructed the Housing Price Change Dataset of the Yangtze River Delta Region (2008-2018). This dataset includes: (1) Annual urban housing price data of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2008 to 2018; (2) Annual county-level housing price data of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2008 to 2018. This dataset is stored in .xlsx and .shp formats, consisting of 17 data files with a total size of 13.8 MB (compressed to 4.37 MB in a single file). Research findings based on this dataset have been published in *Geographical Research*, Volume 37, Issue 1, 2018.
