Flash Eurobarometer FL484: Perceived independence of the national justice systems in the EU among companies

The survey was designed to explore the perceptions of judicial independence among companies across the EU Member States, particularly how companies rate the justice system in their country in terms of the independence of courts and judges, and the reasons why they rate the independence of the justice system the way they do.
