资源简介:
# Fetal DWI Atlas ## UPDATE 2/12/26: A higher fidelity version created using the same set of original subjects has generated. We have also added tissue and regional segmentations. Weeks 23-35 have been carefully edited for accuracy. Weeks 36-38 were created using multi-atlas segmentation and may have errors. This version of the atlas has been moved to approximately overlay in the same space as the CRL2017 T2 Fetal Atlas. The modalities did not use the same set of subject scans and differences in processing pipelines and spatial distortions due to imaging modality may have contributed to different relative sizes of the atlas brains. Compared to earlier versions, both atlases now also share the same directional signs, though total image size and spacing still differ. ## UPDATE 2/2/23: Tensor files have been added for each gestational age week. ## Contents CRL 2019 Fetal Diffusion-Weighted Imaging (DWI) Atlas. This includes fractional anisotropy (FA), color fractional anisotropy (CFA), and Mean Diffusivity (MD) maps generated from in-utero DWI data of normative fetuses 23 to 38 weeks gestational age (GA). Each atlas image was composed from multiple subjects at that gestational age or +/- one week GA. File suffixes: _tensor - Reconstructed tensor image Diffusion scalar images derived from tensor: _fa - Franctional anisotropy _cfa - Color FA _md - Mean diffusivity _tissue - Tissue segmentation _regional - Regional segmentation DWIAtlas_labelkey.txt - ITK-SNAP label key for Tissue and Regional segmentations Please contact us if there are any issues downloading the atlas images. fetalmri@crl.med.harvard.edu 1.
