砷在水中以可溶解的化合物形式存在,易被生物吸收,其毒性越大,会在生物链中积累和拓展,严重危害生态环境。检测出来的砷浓度越低,代表河道水质越好,为政府监管做出参考依据。1、数据来源:按照《水质 65种元素的测定 电感耦合等离子体质谱法 HJ 700-2014》对地表水进行水样采集检测。2、算法规则: 按照如下公式进行计算:ρ=(ρ1-ρ2) *D*V2/V1,式中ρ为样品中砷的质量浓度,单位μg/L;ρ1为查曲线样品中元素的质量浓度,单位μg/L;ρ2为实验室空白样品中元素的质量浓度,单位μg/L;D为稀释倍数;V1为取样量,单位m1;V2为定容体积,单位m1。3、数据判定: 根据《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅲ类限值进行判定,若砷≤0.05mg/L,则判定地表水中该指标浓度合格,反之不合格。4、数据应用:通过分析水样中的砷质量浓度,我们可以判断该地表水的水质好坏,避免因砷浓度含量超高引起的水质问题,为监管提供依据。
Arsenic exists in water in the form of soluble compounds and is readily bioavailable. Higher arsenic toxicity leads to greater accumulation and propagation along the food chain, posing severe hazards to the ecological environment. The lower the detected arsenic concentration, the better the surface water quality, which provides a reference basis for government environmental supervision.
1. Data Source:
Surface water samples were collected and tested in accordance with the standard *Determination of 65 Elements in Water by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry* (HJ 700-2014).
2. Algorithm Rules:
The calculation is performed using the following formula:

ho$ is the mass concentration of arsenic in the sample, with the unit of μg/L; $
ho_1$ is the mass concentration of the element in the sample obtained from the calibration curve, with the unit of μg/L; $
ho_2$ is the mass concentration of the element in the laboratory blank sample, with the unit of μg/L; $D$ is the dilution factor; $V_1$ is the sampled volume, with the unit of mL; $V_2$ is the final constant volume, with the unit of mL.
3. Data Judgment:
Judgment is made based on the Class Ⅲ limit specified in *Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water*. If the arsenic concentration is ≤0.05 mg/L, the arsenic index in the surface water is deemed qualified; otherwise, it is unqualified.
4. Data Application:
By analyzing the mass concentration of arsenic in water samples, the water quality of the surface water can be evaluated, potential water quality issues caused by excessive arsenic concentration can be avoided, and references can be provided for government regulatory work.
