海带养殖对环境微生物具有重要的作用，通过在海带养殖环境收集原位海水，通过宏基因组测序，在基因和分子水平分析其代谢潜力和生态角色。
Kelp farming exerts significant impacts on environmental microorganisms. This dataset collects in-situ seawater samples from kelp farming environments, and employs metagenomic sequencing to analyze the metabolic potential and ecological roles of these microorganisms at both genetic and molecular levels.
