ProjecTILs human reference atlas of tumor-infiltrating and blood Dendritic Cells (DC), LIGHT version

ProjecTILs human reference atlas of blood and tumor-infiltrating Dendritic Cells (DC), generated by semi-supervised STACAS integration of 11 scRNA-seq datasets spanning 5 cancer types. The datasets were obtained from Gerhard et al. JEM, 2020, as well as Villani et al. Science, 2017, for the blood samples. <br> The dataset is available as a Seurat object, with subtype labels (functional.cluster), sample of origin and several other measurement for each cell stored in the object metadata. The object can be directly used as a reference atlas for ProjecTILs (Andreatta et al. Nat Comms 2021). <br> NOTE: this is a light version of https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.22041191.v1 - downsampled to max 2000 cells per subtype

本数据集为ProjecTILs人类血液与肿瘤浸润树突状细胞（Dendritic Cells, DC）参考图谱，通过半监督STACAS算法整合11个覆盖5种癌症类型的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）数据集构建而成；其中血液样本数据集分别取自Gerhard等人2020年发表于《实验医学杂志（JEM）》的研究，以及Villani等人2017年发表于《科学（Science）》的研究。<br>该数据集以Seurat对象格式提供，每个细胞的亚型标签（functional.cluster）、来源样本及其他多项测量指标均存储于该对象的元数据（metadata）中。该对象可直接作为ProjecTILs的参考图谱使用（Andreatta等人，《Nature Communications》2021）。<br>注：本数据集为https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.22041191.v1 的轻量版本——每个亚型最多下采样至2000个细胞。
