Xneighbor_Y (X = 4 or 8, Y = binary or bisquare) is the binary (weight = 1 for distances less than or equal to the distance of the furthest neighbour, 0 otherwise) or bi-square (weight = (1-(distance of neighbor/distance of the furthest neighbor)^2)^2 or 0 otherwise) weighting scheme with 4 neighbors or 8 neighbors. allcounty_bisquare uses the bi-square weighting scheme for all counties in a state.
