Transcriptome sequencing of mRNA from HCT116 cells infected with vector control and lenti-CXCR7

Total RNA was extracted from HCT116 cells infected with vector control and lenti-CXCR7 using Trizol reagent. RNA integrity and concentration was evaluated by Bioanalyzer 2100 system. Library construction and transcriptome sequencing was performed on BGISEQ-500 platform by Beijing Genomics Institute. The study was performed to unraveled the intricate roles of CXCL12/CXCR7 biased signal on EMT and stemlike phenotype by the regulation at RNA level, which raises the exciting possibility that blocking CXCL12/CXCR7 biased signal pathway may be a valid strategy to inhibit metastasis of CRC.
