本数据集以重点企业、区域街道碳排放监测等为重点，结合环保数据，辅助监测地区全部重点企业用电量与碳排趋势，并对高排放企业进行分级预警，遏制高能耗、高排放企业的盲目发展，辅助环保部门推动实现减污降碳。

This dataset focuses on carbon emission monitoring of key enterprises, regional streets, and other relevant targets. Leveraging environmental protection data, it assists in monitoring the electricity consumption and carbon emission trends of all key enterprises in the region, issues graded early warnings for high-emission enterprises, curbs the blind development of high-energy-consumption and high-emission enterprises, and supports environmental protection authorities in advancing the goals of pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction.
