本数据集对使用CPT管与Ficoll分离液分离外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells, PBMC）后获取的CD4阳性T细胞的基因表达水平开展对比分析。按照“方法”部分所述，本研究针对微阵列数据进行两组对照实验，并结合置换分析完成差异表达分析，以鉴定从经CPT管与Ficoll分离液分离得到的PBMC中分离的CD4阳性T细胞之间的差异表达基因。探针集（Probesets）依据错误发现率（False Discovery Rate, FDR）值进行排序。（CSV格式，26355 kb）
