Ca2+ imaging data for: A rigidity transition of MEC-2/Stomatin condensates controls neuronal mechanotransduction during touch sensing

Project contains fluorescence data to characterize the activity of the touch receptor neurons (TRNs) - which are mechanically activated upon touch – in the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans. The set of data includes wild-type animals as a reference and two different mutants to understand their role during touch sensation: MEC-2(R385H) and UNC-89 knock-out.
