This project contains raw RNA-Seq data from the transcriptome of Pleurotus florida, a cultivated edible mushroom. Samples were collected from Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India, and sequenced using the Illumina platform Hiseq-2500. The aim of this study is to analyse gene expression and identify potential allergenic proteins using in silico approaches.
