Category T7 easements relate to easements in respect of facilities located outside the clearance areas and which, due to their height, could constitute obstacles to air navigation. This resource describes the point plates of Category T7 easements confused with their generators, i.e. the locations of such facilities. The generator of a public easement is a geographical entity whose nature or function induced, by virtue of regulations, constraints on the way the land is occupied on the surrounding land. The disappearance or destruction on the site of the generator does not result in the removal of the easement(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or repeal by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question.T7类地役权（Category T7 easements）系指针对位于净空区域之外、因自身高度可能构成航空航行障碍物的设施所设立的地役权。 本数据集所描述的，为与T7类地役权源（generator）相对应的T7类地役权点位标牌，亦即此类设施的地理位置信息。 公共地役权的地役权源，是指因自身属性或功能，依据相关法规对周边土地的使用方式施加限制的地理实体。 地役权源实体在场地内的灭失或损毁，并不会导致与之相关联的地役权被撤销。仅当主管当局出台新的废止或撤销法令时，方可依法消除涉事地役权的法律效力。
