Strawberry root rot is an important disease that endangers strawberry production, which is mainly caused by a variety of disease-treating fungi and bacteria, and it is of great significance to analyze the microbial community diversity of strawberry root rot root plant root soil, which can quantitatively evaluate various pathogens and guide the actual prevention and control of strawberry root rot. The researchers obtained the bacterial and fungal community data in the root soil samples of strawberry root rot plants through high-throughput sequencing, and carried out taxonomic unit species labeling and abundance analysis and alpha sample diversity analysis, and integrated the sequencing data and analysis results into a scientific dataset, which can be used as basic data for strawberry disease control research.

草莓根腐病是威胁草莓生产的重要病害,主要由多种致病真菌与细菌引发。对草莓根腐病植株根际土壤的微生物群落多样性进行分析具有重要研究价值,可定量评估各类病原菌,为草莓根腐病的实际防控工作提供指导。研究人员通过高通量测序技术获取了草莓根腐病植株根际土壤样本中的细菌与真菌群落数据,完成了分类单元物种标注、丰度分析以及α样本多样性分析,并将测序数据与分析结果整合为一套科学数据集,该数据集可作为草莓病害防控研究的基础数据。
