Geographical outlines of National Education academies.

This data comes from crowdsourcing carried out by the contributors to the OpenStreetMap project and is therefore under ODbL license which requires an identical sharing and the mandatory attribution mention must be “**© OpenStreetMap contributors under ODbL** license” in accordance with [http://osm.org/copyright](http://osm.org/copyright)

##Descriptive of the content of “Academies” files

### Data Origin

The data come from the departmental breakdown from the OpenStreetMap cartographic database (made up from the cadastre made available by DGFiP on cadastre.gouv.fr) and from the reading of the Official Journal.

###Format

These files are available in shapefile format (in WGS84, EPSG:4326, texts in UTF-8).

###Content

For each academy, the following attributes are provided:

— full name of the academy (example: Academy of Creteil)
— Wikipedia: wikipedia link to article describing the academy (source OSM)
— holidays: zone A/B/C or empty (DOM, Corsica) for school holidays (source JORF)

## 「学院数据集」内容说明

### 数据来源
本数据集的数据源自开放街道地图制图数据库的行政区划拆分数据（该数据由法国公共财政总局（Direction Générale des Finances Publiques，DGFiP）在cadastre.gouv.fr平台公开的地籍数据整合而成），以及法国官方公报（Journal Officiel de la République Française，JORF）的公开内容。

### 数据格式
本数据集采用形状文件（Shapefile）格式，坐标系为WGS84（EPSG:4326），文本编码为UTF-8。

### 数据内容
每个学院数据集均包含以下属性字段：
1. 学院全称（示例：克雷泰伊教育学院）
2. 维基百科链接：指向该学院介绍词条的维基百科链接（数据源自开放街道地图）
3. 假期分区：标注学校假期所属的A/B/C分区，海外省（Départements d'Outre-Mer，DOM）与科西嘉岛对应空值（数据源自法国官方公报）
