Resequencing of rice sui4 mutant. sui4

The rice sui4 mutant showed shortened uppermost internode phenotype.As an effort of identifying the gene underlying sui4 mutant phenotype,we performed genome resequencing of sui4 mutant. Through genome sequence comparison between sui4 and its wild type variety, Dongjin, and fine-mapping, we expect to identify the causative mutated gene.
