Seawater carbonate chemistry and biological weighting function of Emiliania huxleyi (CS-369) during experiments, 2011

In order to allow full comparability with other ocean acidification data sets, the R package seacarb (Lavigne and Gattuso, 2011) was used to compute a complete and consistent set of carbonate system variables, as described by Nisumaa et al. (2010). In this dataset the original values were archived in addition with the recalculated parameters (see related PI).

为确保与其他海洋酸化数据集具备全面可比性，本研究借助R软件包seacarb（Lavigne与Gattuso，2011）计算得到一套完整且一致的碳酸盐系统变量集，具体方法参照Nisumaa等（2010）的研究成果。本数据集在存档原始数值的同时，还附带了经重新计算的参数（详见相关项目首席研究员（Principal Investigator））。
