3D-GENOMICS

The 3D-GENOMICS database (http://www.sbg.bio. ic.ac.uk/3dgenomics/) provides structural annotations for proteins from sequenced genomes. The annotations stored in the database include homologous sequences from various sequence databases, domains from SCOP and Pfam, patterns from Prosite and other predicted sequence features such as transmembrane regions and coiled coils.

3D-GENOMICS数据库（网址：http://www.sbg.bio.ic.ac.uk/3dgenomics/）可为测序基因组所编码的蛋白质提供结构注释。该数据库存储的注释信息包括：来自各类序列数据库的同源序列、SCOP与Pfam数据库的结构域、Prosite数据库的序列模式，以及其他预测得到的序列特征，例如跨膜区域与卷曲螺旋。
