Covariates simulated as Gaussian random field. Northrup_et_al_deer.R: Code for testing convergence of resource selection function coefficients as a function of availability sample size for one mule deer and 3 covariates, elevation, distance to roads, and slope. avail.file.R: Environmental covariates at available locations used in "Northrup_et_al_deer.R" code. used.file.R: Environmental covariates at used locations used in "Northrup_et_al_deer.R" code. elev_simple.asc: ASCII file of elevation in the Piceance Basin, for use in "Northrup_et_al_sim1.R."

文件说明：
1. Northrup_et_al_sim1.R：以三阶尺度的点过程模拟使用-可用性数据，针对与使用样本匹配或不匹配的不同规模可用性样本，拟合资源选择函数（Resource Selection Functions）。所用协变量为科罗拉多州西北部皮斯昂斯盆地的海拔数据。
2. Northrup_et_al_sim2.R：以三/四阶尺度的点过程模拟使用-可用性数据，针对与使用样本匹配或不匹配的不同规模可用性样本，拟合资源选择函数（Resource Selection Functions）。协变量以高斯随机场（Gaussian random field）模拟生成。
3. Northrup_et_al_sim3.R：以三阶尺度的点过程模拟使用-可用性数据，针对与使用样本匹配或不匹配的不同规模可用性样本，拟合资源选择函数（Resource Selection Functions）。协变量以高斯随机场（Gaussian random field）模拟生成。
4. Northrup_et_al_deer.R：用于测试资源选择函数（Resource Selection Functions）系数的收敛性，该收敛性随可用性样本量变化，分析对象为1头骡鹿及海拔、到道路距离、坡度共3项协变量。
5. avail.file.R：为"Northrup_et_al_deer.R"代码中所用的、对应可用位点的环境协变量数据。
6. used.file.R：为"Northrup_et_al_deer.R"代码中所用的、对应使用位点的环境协变量数据。
7. elev_simple.asc：科罗拉多州皮斯昂斯盆地的海拔ASCII文件，供"Northrup_et_al_sim1.R"使用。
