The Integrated Emergency Response Analytics Dataset (IERAD) is a structured emergency-response dataset generated and uploaded by Sydney Metropolitan authorities, covering the period from 2018 to 2024 across metropolitan Sydney, Australia. The dataset consolidates operational records from ambulance dispatch units, aerial drone operations, and regional hospitals, offering a unified view of real-world emergency response workflows. It integrates temporal, environmental, logistical, and operational variables to reflect the complex decision-making landscape of urban and suburban emergency services. IERAD captures diverse emergency scenarios influenced by traffic congestion, incident severity, weather conditions, and resource availability. Real-time inputs from drones and ground ambulances, complemented by incident-level annotations, enhance its realism and applicability for intelligent dispatch modeling. The dataset is designed to support AI-driven classification, optimization, and routing strategies under dynamic and uncertain conditions. All sensitive identifiers were fully anonymized in compliance with municipal data-governance policies, ensuring confidentiality while preserving analytical fidelity. The dataset includes time-stamped records at 10-minute intervals and features describing incident characteristics, resource availability, environmental impact, mobility constraints, operational speeds, hospital capacity, and dispatch coordination.
